This was a return for Island Red Cedar to the very first full build that we ever did as a company. The new tenants were in need of some more space and a new entry/mud room so we enclosed the old post and beam entryway, converted it to new living space, and added on a new post and beam shed roof entry.
With a new heat pump, two new offices (one of which is a soundproof studio), a bonus loft space, and a new entry, we’ve managed to upgrade this carriage house and gain a lot more useable space.
