This high-end custom view home presented Island Red Cedar with the opportunity to work with some premium and unique techniques and technologies, including an insulated concrete form (ICF) walkout basement, an over-height, fully soundproof media room with driving range, a full suite, a copper metal roof with rooftop deck and many more custom touches.
It was both a challenging and rewarding project for our team and we were proud to take it from foundation to lock-up.
