A new fence turned into a custom set of stairs at the front of the house along with a major overhaul of the landscaping and irrigation. This older heritage house has had a lot of work done by the owners and they wanted a new set of stairs to be in keeping with the existing style. Tying in the landscaping with the stairs and then juxtaposing them with a modern cedar and corrugated metal fence was a nice way to frame this property.
