This “BC Box” was in need of some updating and the homeowners were looking to add a three bay garage as well as a new master suite. A full exterior renovation as well as the much of the old interior were undertaken along with adding the new living and garage space.
With infloor heat in the master suite and ensuite, a new high efficiency heat pump system, new siding throughout, a new roof structure to cover the boat, a security system, and an integrated “smart” shower system this 1970’s home has been brought into the 21st century.
