The owner had recently purchased this house and property. The mortgage came with an extra stipend allocated for improvements and he had his sights set firmly on a new garage/shop space. Working with the owner and a local design firm we came up with a simple and efficient design and set out to build him his dream shop. With 12' tall ceilings, a 16' wide garage bay door, infloor heating piped in, well insulated walls, ceiling and floor and a roof space ready to be used as a deck and rooftop garden, this shop has it all.
